How long does the graphic design process typically take?

Standard production is 10 Business Days, though expedited options are available.

Do you provide revisions, and how many are included in the price?

Yes, your design or logo represents your company or brand so we want to ensure it fully represents what you are looking for. We provide as many revisions as needed, but an average project has 1-2 revisions. Pricing for designs and logos is based on the time and complexity required for a finished project.

Can you help me with design ideas if I’m unsure of what I want?

Yes! Our sales reps and graphic design team can help bring your design ideas to life.

Is there a specific format I should provide if I already have artwork?

All artwork for every customization / Imprint method (except Embroidery) requires clean,
vector artwork. These file types include Adobe Illustrator (.ai), Encapsulated Postscript (.eps), Scalable Vector Graphics (.svg), and sometimes PDFs.


Rule of thumb is, if you can zoom in the design and you see pixels, the file or art is NOT vector artwork. You will never see pixels or a pixelated image with vector designs.

Can you design for specific items, like apparel, banners, or promotional products

Absolutely! We can design a general logo or create something tailored specifically for a particular product.
