Send in your Logo, Brand or project files
Once we have an idea on what you're looking for, it's time to send us your brand guide and logo (if we don't already have them on file).
The best file types for your logo are vector files (.ai, .eps, .svg, .pdf)
Don't have that file type? No worries, our talented Creative Team can support with recreating your logo in the correct format.
Confirm your Order
Once your design and order details are finalized, we’ll review everything with you and, depending on the size or specifics of your order, a down payment may be required before production begins.
You're All Set!
That’s it; you’re all set!
Our standard turnaround time is about two weeks (10-15 business days, pending your project scope).
If your order will take longer, we’ll let you know upfront. When it’s ready, we’ll contact you to arrange pickup, delivery, or shipping. Whichever you prefer.
FAQ's
Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?
It would depend on if the printing process has began yet. If you are curious about making an adjustment, reach our to your rep ASAP and they'll let you know!
Is there a minimum order quantity?
When it comes to apparel, screen-printing has a minimum of 12 pieces, but embroidery and heat-press have no minimum. For promotional products, each product has it's own minimum, so you can either take a look on our website or reach out and ask and we can check!
Can I get help if I’m unsure of what items or quantities I need?
For sure! Our experienced sales reps are there to help you find exactly what you're looking for, or give you ideas if you aren't sure.
