Meet the Team: Get to Know the People Behind Personal Touch!
We invite you to meet the talented individuals who drive Personal Touch forward! In this post, we are shining a spotlight on the diverse roles and unique contributions of each team member. From the creative minds shaping our vision, to the hands executing every detail, get ready to meet the faces behind our success story!
First, our Sales Team!
Our Sales Team is dedicated to driving results and exceeding expectations. Each member brings a unique blend of expertise, passion, and tenacity to the table, creating our amazing team.
From left to right we have:
Morgan: Morgan is one of our Sales Representatives who has been with us for almost 5 years. She takes pride in helping customers and is always ready to take on any project, no matter how big or small!
Outside of work, Morgan likes to hang out with family and friends, whether that be out on the pontoon, going side-by-side riding, or going to a concert!
Breann: Breann is our Sales Manager who has been with us for over 10 years. Breann is the glue that holds the Sales Team together and will work tirelessly to get the job done!
Outside of work, Breann likes to read (she has an addiction), chauffer her 2 boys around to their weekly activities, spend time with her family outside no matter the season, and keep active; whether that’s going on a walk, running, or hopping on her spin bike.
Courtney: Courtney is one of our Sales Representatives, while also being our Front Desk Representative as well. She has been with us for about 3 months now and has been a rock star when it comes to welcoming in customers with a smile on her face, while always being ready to take on any order!
Outside of work, Courtney likes to play golf and volleyball with friends, watch good movies, and go to the gym.
Next is our Remote Sales Team!
Our Remote Sales Team is also dedicated to driving results and exceeding expectations for their customers, all while working out-of-house. We just recently took on the 4 of them, so they are all new to the team!
From left to right we have:
Julie: Julie is one of our Remote Sales Reps who is based in the Minneapolis area.
Outside of work, Julie likes to watch her son wrestle, spend time with her fluffy newfies, and dance whenever she gets the chance.
Murray: Murray is one of our Remote Sales Reps who is based in the Minneapolis area.
Outside of work, Murray likes to attend church, watch the MN Wild Hockey games, travel, and do lots of golfing (even in other countries).
Sara: Sara is one of our Remote Sales Reps who is based in Iowa.
Outside of work, Sara likes to travel, read, garden, attend NASCAR races, be a Grandma, and spend lots of time with family.
Brenda: Brenda is one of our Remote Sales Reps who is based in Arizona.
Outside of work, Brenda likes to play tennis, golf, hike, spend time with her children and grandchildren, and do as much traveling across the U.S. as possible!
Next is our Creative Team!
Our Creative Team brings vibrance to Personal Touch. They bring innovation, imagination, and ingenuity to every task. Each member brings a unique perspective and skill set, driving our creative projects to new heights. Together, they generate, develop, and produce creative content across numerous platforms.
From left to right we have:
Jackson: Jackson is our Graphic Designer and has been with us for almost 2 years. Jackson loves bringing customers' ideas to life with his keen eye for design and his drive for innovation.
Outside of work, Jackson likes to read, write, work out, and ponder life's greatest mysteries.
Ben: Ben is our Creative Director who has been with us for almost 11 years. With Ben’s extensive experience in leadership, visions, creativity, and communication, he can take on any creative endeavor. Ben also works with our Sales Team, delivering solutions to all of his customers.
Outside of work, Ben likes to take spontaneous road trips. Whether visiting family and friends or exploring a new place, it's always an adventure.
Maddy: Maddy is our Content Specialist who has been with us for almost 3 years. Maddy uses both creativity and strategic thinking to create content that resonates with our customers and achieves our objectives.
Outside of work, Maddy likes to read (she is also addicted, thanks to Breann), spend time with her family, boyfriend, and friends, listen to true crime podcasts, spend time outside, and watch Marvel movies (she's trying to watch them all).
Spencer: Spencer is our Art Production Manager and has been with us for almost 10 years. Spencer is the backbone of our production departments, ensuring everything is done to the best of our abilities.
Outside of work, Spencer likes to take care of his 30+ houseplants, host dinner parties, and travel to California to visit friends and family.
Next are our Printing Departments!
3 of our production departments include Screen-Print, UV-printing, and Engraving. The women in charge of these departments play a crucial role by combining their technical, creative, and detail-oriented skills to create high-quality printed products.
From left to right we have:
Lindsey: Lindsey is one of our Machine Operators and has been with us for over 3 years. Lindsey is proficient in the operation of our screen-print machines while maintaining a strong focus on quality control.
Outside of work, Lindsey likes to play the drums, travel, create her own clothes, and spend time with friends and family.
Nicole: Nicole is our Engraving Specialist who has been with us for almost 18 years (WOW!). Nicole has a deep understanding of engraving tools and equipment while ensuring accurate, consistent, and high-quality work.
Outside of work, Nicole likes to go camping at every chance the weather allows, as well as go kayaking and fishing with her family.
Kelli: Kelli is our UV Specialist who has been with us for over 7 years. With Kelli's expertise in attention to detail, creativity, and efficiency, she is able to exceed expectations.
Outside of work, Kelli likes to play board games meant for children under 6 (she's great at Memory) as well as cook and go camping in the summer.
Shannon: Shannon is one of our Machine Operators who has been with us for over a year. Shannon effeciantly runs our screen-printing machines, while also assisting in other departments when needed.
Outside of work, Shannon likes to paint, tie dye, bake, and cheer on her son in football.
Next is our Embroidery Department!
Stepping into our Embroidery Department, you will see a team of dedicated members who bring decades of experience and unwavering dedication to quality and craftsmanship. They can transform ordinary items into branded works of art that are sure to leave a lasting impression.
From left to right we have:
Deb: Deb is our Embroidery Digitizer who has been with us for almost 29 years (WOW!). Deb plays a crucial role at Personal Touch by bringing technical expertise and a creative vision to transform designs into stitch-ready files.
Outside of work, Deb likes to go to the lake in the summer and scrapbook with friends in the off-season.
Margo: Margo is one of our Machine Operators and has been with us for about 3 months. Margo excels in running the machines with precision and efficiency.
Outside of work, Margo likes to kick back and watch some TV.
Claudia: Claudia is one of our Machine Operators and has been with us for almost 5 years. Claudia has a keen eye for detail and ensures every order is of the highest quality possible.
Outside of work, Claudia likes to spend time with her kids.
Annette: Annette is one of our Machine Operators and has been with us for about 5 months. Annette uses her knowledge and experience to guarantee high craftsmanship.
Outside of work, Annette likes to have a drink with her friends.
Next is our Trimmers!
Our trimmers are in charge of trimming, packaging, and entering orders, ensuring that every embroidery order is the highest of quality, while also assisting in other departments as needed.
From left to right we have:
Evey: Evey is one of our trimmers and has been with us for over a year.
Outside of work, Evey likes to read and work out.
Lizzy: Lizzy is one of our trimmers and has been with us for over a year.
Outside of work, Lizzy likes to watch and play sports, work out, and spend time with her friends and family.
Next is our Shipping and Digital Production Departments!
2 departments that play a big role in our production process are Shipping/Receiving and Heat-Press/Digital Production! Our Shipping/Receiving is in charge of taking care of every item coming in and every item going out, while our Heat-Press/Digital Production Department helps in fulfilling and installing many of our orders.
From left to right we have:
Ken: Ken is our Shipping and Receiving Specialist and has been with us for almost 3 years. Ken plays a critical role in ensuring everything coming in and going out gets to the right places.
Outside of work, Ken likes to play guitar.
Zander: Zander is our Digital Production Artist who's been with us for over a year. Zander wears many hats, including heat pressing, large format printing, decal printing, vehicle and wall wrapping, and so much more!
Outside of work, Zander likes to paint, bake bread, run, and hang out with family/friends.
Next, we have Accounting!
Our Accounting Department has an important role in managing, recording, reporting, and analyzing the financial transactions of Personal Touch.
From left to right, we have:
Wendy: Wendy is one of our Accountants and has just recently joined our team.
Outside of work, Wendy likes to read, play with her pets, and hike when she has the chance.
Melissa: Melissa is one of our Accountants and has also just recently joined our team.
Outside of work, Melissa likes to crochet blankets, spend time with friends and family, and read.
And last (but definitely not least), we have our President & Owner.
Cheri Johnson established Personal Touch Embroidery, on her own, as a small embroidery shop. 33 years later, her business, now known as Personal Touch Marketing & Manufacturing, has grown into a high-volume, in-house custom apparel and promotional product supplier and decorator. Cheri’s motivation grows from customers and their reactions when they receive their custom, promotional merchandise.
Outside of work, Cheri likes to spend time with her family and friends (and dog, Solo of course), play lots of golf, and travel at any chance she has.
